  • Standard therapy sessions are 45–53 minutes. Extended 60-minute sessions are available when clinically appropriate or based on your preference.

  • It depends on your goals. Some clients see progress in a few months, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll decide together based on what feels helpful and sustainable for you.

  • Sessions are structured, supportive, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build skills you can actually use. I’m direct, warm, and collaborative — not passive or “just listening.”

  • I help adults navigate anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma responses, ADHD traits, impulsivity, relationship patterns, and habits that feel hard to shift.

    The initial evaluation allows us to determine whether my approach aligns with your needs.

  • Most evaluations are completed in 1–2 sessions, depending on the type and what you need the results for. Some assessments can be completed in one extended appointment.

  • Yes. All evaluations include a written report summarizing:

    • Diagnostic impressions

    • Symptom presentation and patterns

    • Relevant clinical history

    • Clinical recommendations

    • Referrals, when appropriate

    Reports may be used for treatment planning, coordination with medical providers, workplace accommodations, or personal documentation needs.

    Acceptance by third parties (employers, courts, agencies, or institutions) is determined by their individual policies.

  • All psychological evaluations and documentation services are self-pay. Insurance is not accepted for evaluation services.

    Therapy services may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your plan.
