  • Standard therapy sessions are 45–53 minutes. Extended 60-minute sessions are available when clinically appropriate or based on your preference.

  • It depends on your goals. Some clients see progress in a few months, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll decide together based on what feels helpful and sustainable for you.

  • Sessions are structured, supportive, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build skills you can actually use. I’m direct, warm, and collaborative — not passive or “just listening.”
