Standard therapy sessions are 45–53 minutes. Extended 60-minute sessions are available when clinically appropriate or based on your preference.
-
It depends on your goals. Some clients see progress in a few months, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll decide together based on what feels helpful and sustainable for you.
-
Sessions are structured, supportive, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build skills you can actually use. I’m direct, warm, and collaborative — not passive or “just listening.”
-
I help adults navigate anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma responses, ADHD traits, impulsivity, relationship patterns, and habits that feel hard to shift.
The initial evaluation allows us to determine whether my approach aligns with your needs.
