Warm, Supportive Clinical Supervision for Emerging Clinicians

A space where you can learn, grow, and build your confidence as a developing therapist.

Clinical supervision with me is grounded, encouraging, and focused on helping you become the clinician you want to be. While we will cover all Florida Board-required topics, supervision is not a rigid curriculum — it’s a personalized, guided journey shaped around your interests, strengths, and long-term goals.

My role is to support you, challenge you when needed, and provide a space where you can learn, ask questions freely, explore your clinical identity, and grow without judgment.

  • Supervision with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-world practice. While we will cover all state-required competencies, your interests and goals shape your pathway. This is a space where you can grow, ask questions, and develop your clinical identity with encouragement and clarity.

  • Your supervision journey is customized to your goals — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Together, we’ll identify the populations you want to serve, the skills you want to build, and the kind of clinician you want to become. Your supervision plan may include confidence-building, documentation skills, CBT/DBT interventions, boundaries, anxiety/emotional regulation work, ADHD traits, or real-world case consultation.

  • You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space to learn; honest and supportive feedback; help navigating challenges; guidance in developing your voice; and practical clinical tools you can use right away. Supervision should feel steady, safe, and empowering — never intimidating.
