Clinical Supervision That Builds Real Clinical Confidence
Clinical supervision designed for today’s emerging clinicians—not just to check boxes, but to build real competence.
Yes, you’ll meet Florida Board requirements. That part is expected. Beyond that, this is where you sharpen your clinical judgment, strengthen your critical thinking, and learn how to actually function as a licensed practitioner. We’ll cover the things grad school didn’t—documentation, decision-making, boundaries, and the business side of this work.
All required areas are covered, including ethics and legal standards, documentation and treatment planning, crisis intervention, cultural responsiveness, boundaries, safety, and overall professional development.
Supervision is collaborative, but it’s not passive. We’ll get clear on what you want to walk away with—confidence, clarity, readiness—and actually work toward that using your real cases and real questions. You can expect honest feedback, not just reassurance, and real conversations about the work.
You are expected to come prepared, engaged, and ready to think.
Virtual 1:1 supervision is offered weekly or bi-weekly at $50 per hour. Onboarding is straightforward, hours are tracked clearly, and support between sessions is available when needed. A free 20-minute consultation is available if you want to make sure this is a good fit.
You will get your hours—but more importantly, you’ll know what you’re doing when you have them.
