ADHD Therapy
Structured therapy focused on improving follow-through, consistency, and day-to-day functioning. This is active, skills-based work—not open-ended processing—with a focus on patterns that keep repeating and how to actually change them.
If ADHD has not been formally diagnosed, an evaluation may be incorporated as part of the intake process to ensure diagnostic clarity and appropriate treatment planning. Therapy is ongoing and focused on sustained change—not a one-time service.
-
ADHD Evaluation (Self-Pay)
Comprehensive adult ADHD assessments designed to provide clear, accurate diagnosis. The process includes a clinical interview, standardized measures, and differential review to ensure diagnostic clarity and appropriate next steps.
This is a one-time service and does not include ongoing therapy. Continued treatment can be discussed separately if appropriate.
-
Additional Evaluations (Self-Pay)
Additional evaluations are available as one-time services focused on clinical assessment and written recommendations. When clinically relevant, these evaluations may also consider underlying patterns such as untreated ADHD, emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, or difficulty with consistency.
Available evaluations include:
Substance Use Evaluation
Pre-Operative/Bariatric Psychological Evaluation
Diagnostic Evaluation
Disability / FMLA / Fitness-for-Duty Evaluation
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) EvaluationThese services are not ongoing treatment. When appropriate, therapy may be recommended as a next step, but it is always a separate service.

Structured, direct, and focused—but not rigid. Yes, there’s a Hello Kitty wall, and yes, we’ll laugh. I use humor and real conversation to keep things engaging, especially for ADHD brains that check out when things feel too clinical or repetitive.
At the same time, we’re not just talking in circles. You’ll be learning skills, identifying patterns, and working toward actual change every session.

Most clients start with weekly sessions. That’s intentional—it gives us enough consistency to build momentum and actually see change.
From there, frequency is adjusted based on progress, stability, and how well you’re applying skills outside of session. Some clients move to biweekly or maintenance over time.
The goal is not to stay in therapy forever. The goal is for you to graduate and successfully discharge with the skills and awareness to maintain your progress independently. We don’t skip steps just to get there faster.

Different approaches work for different people, and not every style of therapy is the right fit.
This practice is structured and goal-oriented. You’ll have a clear direction, practical skills to apply between sessions, and a focus on measurable progress. If you’re looking for a more active, hands-on approach, this tends to feel different.
