Hi, I’m Erica Ward, MPH, LCSW-QS
I work with adults and older teens who are tired of feeling stuck—especially when ADHD is part of what’s driving it.
I’ve been doing this work for over 13 years across medical and mental health settings. I’ve seen what happens when people are misunderstood, mislabeled, or stuck in systems that don’t actually help them function better.
My training matters, but it’s not the only thing that shapes how I work. I’ve lived through stress, growth, setbacks, and having to start over. That keeps me grounded and realistic about what change actually looks like.
I’m not a passive therapist. I’m engaged. I’ll ask direct questions, point out patterns, and tell you what I’m seeing and why it matters. Therapy with me isn’t just talking—it’s structured and focused on helping you actually apply things in your day-to-day life.
I take the work seriously, but I don’t expect perfection. Just honesty and a willingness to show up and try something different.
